DirecTV dish is covered in snow
DH tried to knock some of the snow off of it, but it didnt work. Has anyone ever experienced this? Do we just have to wait until the snow melts before we can have TV again? I think DH and I might kill each other.

one of the reasons we got rid of the dish. We also sprayed it with Pam, and it helped the snow slide off. Maybe not the best idea but there is only so uch one can do before making each other nuts.

We said we will never get DIRECTV again...so annoying. Of course the ONE hour it was out last night was when American Idol was on. So annoying. Never again.

One of the reasons (among many) that we're keeping our dish is that it goes out so much less often than cable...  (I just checked, and even though it's been snowing all day, the signal is still as good as ever...  )

the last snowstorm it happened to us too, so DH went up in the attic with a hammer and banged on the roof were the dish was and the snow slid right off.
