Disney - which resort character breakfast would you choose?

The morning of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party we're planning to do a character breakfast with my DD who will be turning 3. It has to be a non-park meal since we're not using a park ticket that day. Our options are:

Chef Mickey's
Ohana
Bon Voyage Breakfast
1900 Park Fare
Cape May at Beach Club

If you had to choose, which would you do for breakfast? Also, if it makes any difference, the other two character meals we're planning to do for this trip are breakfast at Crystal Palace and breakfast at Akershus.

This is such a hard choice. I have been to all of these except for Cape May. My favorite out of all of these was 1900 Park Fare. There are characters we never saw anywhere else or had the chance to meet anywhere else I should say. Mary Poppins and Alice were so much fun. The mad hatter was really cool too. Then after on the way out Tiger is there.

I also really loved Bon Voyage. The food was really food, its sit down not a buffet. The character interactions were so much fun, we all loved Flynn Rider. But you are doing a princess meal somewhere else.

Ohana is great food but my kids were not really into Lilo and Stitch. I could eat the welcome bread they give every single day.

Chef Mickeys is good if you will not be seeing Mickey and friends anywhere else. The food is ok, but the interactions are fun.

1900 Park Fare hands down. Food was so good and the Mad Hatter was hilarious!

Whatever character your DD is into.
DD 1 loved princess.
DD 2 is more into Minnie herself and Winnie the Pooh.
DS just wanted Captain Hook.

Both don’t give a hoot about characters they don’t know... or watch on repeat! We don’t watch Snow White... so 7 dwarfs would be a waste of time. They also don’t like Lilo and Stitch.

1900 is fun like others have said. We just did Cape May the other day and it was just okay. Plus that's more difficult to get to since you would have to take a minnie van or a taxi. 1900 just take the MK bus and hop on the monorail

Re: Disney - which resort character breakfast would you choose?

I've done all of them.

The first consideration is what hotel are you staying at? Both Bon Voyage and Cape May require you to navigate your way to the Boardwalk. You will have to Uber or Minnie van your way there unless you have a car.

The other three being at monorail resorts are relatively easy to get to without utilizing anything other than Disney transportation.

Chef Mickey is loud and fun. You get to see the fab 5 all at once. Breakfast is buffet style, with your basic Disney fare: eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage etc.

O'hana is served all you can eat family style. Again, eggs, bacon, waffles (stitch instead of Mickey) etc. The juice here is awesome, and only available at one other restaurant on property. Characters are Lilo & Stitch, Mickey and a rotating character (often Pluto).

1900 Park Fare is also buffet with standard Disney food. Specialty is cold strawberry soup. Character to see here is the Mad Hatter. He is a total hoot!! Alice & Mary Poppins can be found in UK in Epcot. Tigger can be found at your character breakfast at Crystal Palace.

As for the two hard to get to restaurants:

Bon Voyage has a price fixe menu. Reason to go here is to see Flynn Rider and Prince Eric, since the princes are rare character meet & greets. Although you did say Christmas party and that is when the princes meet with the princesses. However, since characters can change without notice, they are not guaranteed. When I was there in August, Prince Eric was called away, so we meet with Flynn, Rapunzel, Ariel and Merida.

Cape May is buffet menu. Again standard fare. Characters here Minnie, Goofy, Donald in bathing suits.

Food wise, I vote O'hana. Character wise for a 3 year old, I vote Chef Mickey.

depends... DD LOVES minnie, so i would say chef mickey just because you get to see the most characters there.

bon voyage is cute and unique because you get to see rapunzel and ariel, but they come around once and only for like a min or two.

for really REALLY good food, 100% 1900 park fare. hands down my favorite restaurant for dinner. Plus, the step sisters and step mother are hysterical. We had a blast. Again, though, you won't the classics there and DD really was obsessed with daisy and minnie the most. We did 1900 after doing bippidi boppidi and she wore her cinderella dress there so we got amazing photos there

So for food, 1900. But depending on her favorite characters, maybe chef mickey is best

ETA: went back to the OP and realized you're talking about the morning, so 1900 won't have cinderella. I would do chef mickey
