Disney: Contemporary vs Beach Club
4 kids 5 and under....which would you choose? Keep going back and forth....beach club looks nicer and has an awesome pool!
Thanks

Re: Disney: Contemporary vs Beach Club
Hmmm...I would probably choose Contemporary due to proximity to MK, which is the park you might spend most time in.

Re: Disney: Contemporary vs Beach Club
While I think the beach club is great with that age group I would say go for the contemporary. The beach club pool is fabulous but with kids that age you will want to spend a lot of time at the MK. You can walk to the MK or hop the monorail and the boys would probably love riding the train. Also you cantake the monorailto EPCOT. The great part of the monorail is that IF your kids fall asleep you don't have to fold your stroller you just wheel onto the monorail and go....or just walk back from the MK. You would only have to take a bus to AK and HS where you will probably spend less time.

My last 2 trips were Beach Club and Bay Lake Tower (at the Contemporary) and for the reasons above I like the Contemporary. On a long trip when you'll have a week or more and a day or more of just pool time I can see BC but I like being on the go and I like that everything is really all in one place (if you stay in the tower) at the Contemporary. I also LOVE the dining there. You just can't beat the monorail, especially spending the most time at MK.
My "broken record" phrase is that I've had awesome trips at every level of resort.

Re: Disney: Contemporary vs Beach Club
Those are my favorite two hotels but the past five years we have stayed at the contemporary for the proximity to magic kingdom and we make daily walks back and forth for the parade and night parade. Now that dd is going to be six this summer we will be staying at BC because she will finally be able to appreciate the pool. I like BCs theming so much better but well see if it is able to compare to the convince of contemporary.

The pool at the BC is incredible, but it is HUGE and it might be difficult to keep an eye on 4 kids under 5. I'd vote for the contemporary or wilderness lodge for their proximity to magic kingdom
