Disney dining reservation question
When making dining reservations online on the WDW site, how do you count the kids.
Its 4 adults and 1 2.5 y/o and 1 9 month old.
How many do I put in as the # of guests?

6 people...everyone counts even if they are not eating. also, for parties of 6 or more they will automatically add 18% gratuity to the check.

Re: Disney dining reservation question
Christine is right on both counts - 6 people and 18% gratuity for your party.
Make sure you keep your confirmation numbers, especially for any reservation that requires a credit card guarantee. The number to call to cancel dining reservations (must be done AT LEAST 24 hours in advance and some venues have stricter policies) is 407-WDW-CNCL.

Re: Disney dining reservation question
You would put them all down including the baby because they will need a space (high chair etc) so you should count them as a person - so with 4 adults and 2 kids it is 6 total.

Re: Disney dining reservation question
Yup. Same thing when you get there and are getting on rides. If they ask you how many people, saw the # of people, not adults vs. children, etc.
