disney travel agent
any recommendations for a disney travel agent? looking to go with DD and Dh for a few days over feb break, but I want the help of a travel agent to book.
Also, what are your thoughts on the art of animation resort? We want a suite because DD goes to bed early and we want to be able to have a separate living room to hangout at night. This resort has good prices, but I'm wondering we should just splurge and do a suite at the polynesian
Thanks!

Re: disney travel agent
I have used Joanne from Pixie Mouse Travel twice. http://www.pixiemousetravel.com/meet-the-pixies/
The first trip she was able to get every dining reservation we wanted and every fast pass we wanted for the days and times we wanted. We haven't come up to the part for the second trip yet. We are going Feb. break also. We are staying at Art of Animation but in a little mermaid room. We love the theming at AoA and we are at parks from rope drop to fireworks so we all pass out when we get back to the room so we don't need a separate space. Its hard to compare AOA to the poly since it is comparing value to deluxe.
For my family a deluxe isn't worth it for our whole trip since we are at parks all day. I did rent DVC points this trip for 2 nights at AKL but we will spend 1 full day at the resort.

Joanne is great! We used her for our trip this past April and my friend used her for their trip last summer. She is wonderful- we got all our dining and fast pass reservations that we wanted and she planned everything so perfectly. Plenty of time to get to each ride and you weren't going from one side of the park to the other. She also handle the Magic Express portion so all we had to do was show up and our trip flowed so seamlessly. Will definitely use her again for our next visit.

Re: disney travel agent
I think I posted in another thread, but [email protected] she also specializes in travel w/ special needs (which my son is) so it was helpful to have her planning for me.
With regards to your question about the upgrade- for us, it wasn't worth it since we are barely in the room and always at the parks. We went with a value resort (Pop Century) and it was fine.

Road to Relaxation Travel with Marissa! She really knows her stuff and I think she is currently staying at both of those resorts right now (upgraded to Polynesian for the last night for research purposes, she and her DH also have a young DD). You can follow her on instagram or facebook and this is her website:
