Disney World or a cruise?

So we have decided to take a vacation in February since we will already be in FL visiting family. I can't decide between Disney for 7 nights or 7 night cruise on Norwegian.

They are both the same amount of money including meals. We have been on cruises before and to Disney. Oh, and we have a 2 year old DD.

What would you choose?

Oh, and I will be about 16 weeks pg at the time.

Help me please I am so indecisive and I need to decide ASAP!!

Re: Disney World or a cruise?

it depends...
if you are very into the rides at disney.. and with being PG you wont be able to enjoy them.. except for maybe a few...
BUT your DD will love disney maybe more than a cruise..

thats a toughie... but i am a disney lover.. so that would be my choice Chat Icon

I would do a Disney cruise or 1/2 land 1/2 sea at Disney. Or go to Disney. With all the people missing from ships lately Im wearyChat Icon

I would go with disney - there are plenty of rides that are okay for pregnant women. You will have to avoid the roller coasters and a few more bumpy rides (like dinosaur and test track) but the majority of the rides are okay. I asked my OB when I was TTCing (I found out I was pregnant at WDW) and he said to avoid those that they don't recommend for pregnant women. Honestly anything that your 2 year old will be able to go on is probably on the acceptable list.

The cruise is nice -but there isn't much for a 2 year old to do - they usually can't go into the pools unless they are potty trained and are too young for the children's programs.

So I vote for WDW - there is so much to do there and you can certainly take some time and relax around the pool or at the resort. Plus there is a nice code out now if you pay for 4 nights you get 3 free and if you go before the end of March you will also get a $200 gift card to use in WDW.
