How old was or how old will your DC be when you plan on taking them to Disney World?

i've taken my kids at all different ages.. imo there is no best age.... they appreciate it differently at each age! i took my son when he was 15 months and he absolutely loved it! now i just took spencer at 21 months and he loved it too... my 8 year old JUST started to like the rides this year!

Any age is a great age for Disney! We took DS for the first time when he was 2 (we won the trip). He had a blast!! We've been trying to go every year since and I plan to take Emma next year for her bday.

When ds#1 was 5 we went he liked it but did not go on many rides, we then went back on my ds #2 1st birthday and honestly I think he had more fun in the pool at the hotel however at that time ds#1 was now 7 and he loved it, went on almost every ride. Now that we had #3 we will not be going back until he is about 5yrs old.

i just took my daughter and she is 11 months old.
Here is my dilema.....We had planned on taking DS next September right before he turns 2 so he is still free. Now we are TTC and if we conceive in the next couple of months we will have 3 or 4 month old. We just want to take DS b/c we took DS for the day in February when he was 4 months and we spent most of the day in the Starlight cafe feeding and changing poopie diapers lol.
I am trying to convince DH to go early when I am pregnant instead. He is concerned that DS wont have as much fun as he would at 2. Would a couple of months really matter?

We took them for 3 days whe we went to see my mom in Florida at 14 months. We will be going for a week when they are 26 months.

I probably won't take DS until he's atleast 2, probably more like 3. We're going to Orlando in 3 weeks and the only park we plan on doing is SeaWorld. It's the only one I'm pretty sure he'll enjoy- he liked the zoo, the farm and the aquarium.

whoohooooo I just priced it on disney's webite. This new dining plan is awesome. The price is great. I showed DH and he said we can go before he turns two!!!

keep checking www.mousesavers.com because they offer codes for discounts at the resorts on a seasonal basis.

We took DS when he was 2 (I extended a business trip, and took the family, so it worked out nice that way.  ) He had a great time. We'll definitely be going back, but not sure when.

We are planning a trip for next fall when she will be about 15 months. We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We plan to take it on her pace and probably spend a lot of time at the hotel. We would wait until she is 2 but we wanted to take her before TTCing for #2 and we want to start TTCing next fall.
It is great to try to take them before 3 as they are free. Definitely check out Mousesavers.com - but there are less codes out these days - also if you have AAA the prices they get can be better than the codes or promos - but if you use them - and a code comes out you can switch to the better code.

We go every year, and so, my dd has been there at 1 1/2 months and again at one year. We are going back this november for her 2nd bday, and my ds will be 9 months.
ETA: We are disney freaks, so we're out from 7 in the morning until midnight, and she handled it FINE at one year! She had a great time! She doesnt remember all of it, of course, but she loves Mickey and the castle and recognizes pictures of it. I cant wait to see her face when we go back!
