I went home at my prepregnancy weight (I had a section so I was there a few days)- but I think almost all the weight I gained was water retention. I was down another 10 lbs by the next week - I could wear my regular pants/skirts by 1 week after delivery - but I kept my maternity bottoms on for a little while longer since they were more comfortable with my csection scar.

I lost 6lbs, 11oz (i.e. DS' weight)
But, that was 3lbs, 11oz less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I only gained 3lbs when I was pregnant

I lost 23 lbs when I left the hospital-next day actually-I gained 53 with my pregnancy and am now down about 40(3 weeks pp)

I gained 30....lost 20 in the hospital...the rest the 1st week....and another 11 since then!

You cant go by me...I admit, I was very very lucky. I gained 32 lbs. I was in the hospital for 2 days and went home 6 lbs heavier than PP weight.

by the time I got home I only weight 2 lbs more than my original weight. I gained 21 pds and had a c section so I was in the hos for 5 days

I was down 22lbs 4 days after my c-sect but didn't budge much after that for about 2 months

I was down 20 pounds when I left.. than I lost about 10 more the next two weeks.. now I have that stupid 8 pound left

I delivered on Monday, and went home on Thursday.... I lost around 15lbs by the time I was sent home.
Me too I think.. not anywhere near the 50 I gained lol

gained 30 lbs total and down 25 (6 weeks post partum). I lost 18lbs home from the hospital the rest is me trying to exercise.
