Do I bring anything to day long parenting/birthing class at hospital?
I'm taking the crash course at Good Sam tomorrow... Alllllll day long. Do I bring anything? Pillow? Boppy? Anything else? I could swear they sent me a packet, but I can't find it for the life of me.
I saw another post where a hospital had everyone bring a baby doll to the class. God, I hope I don't have to bring one since I don't have one!

I didn't do one at Good Sam but I did do a Parenting Class when PG with DS. I brought a Notebook and pen to write notes, and I took alot of them. They came in really handy. I also brought a teddy bear ( I didn't have a baby doll). We actually went and bought one on the way to the class. The women had extra baby dolls for those who didn't bring anything.

Good to know! Thanks! So no need for pillow or boppy?

I don't think so. We went over BF, but she didn't have us practice it.

What about a pillow for comfort? Maybe I've watched too many movies, but I'm picturing myself lying on a floor in this class. If not, I hope the chairs are comfy for pregnant women! Especially one who is on modified bed rest! (doc gave me ok to go).

We were told to bring a pillow for each of us and a blanket. Definitely were necessary! They do have you sitting and laying on the floor for about an hour or so. The chairs...not comfy, but she'll probably have all the preggo's turn them around put the pillow in front of you and sit like that...made it very comfy, I sat like that almost the whole time!
