Do we get internals if we have a scheduled C-section?
I sure hope not! The internals didn't hurt with my first, but if I could skip them this time around I would be happy to!

Yes, unfortunately. I had a scheduled c/s with DD and I begged the doctor to make an exception. No dice.

My Dr last time did one....then DD stayed breech, and we scheduled a c-section so he didn't do anymore.
I doubt he will this time...

I'm 37.5 weeks and haven't had an internal yet. I'm hoping to not have one... but I think it's coming.

I only had one yesterday at my last appointment (38 weeks). My scheduled C-section is this Sunday

I think my dr told me he was going to do one at my next appt and I will be 34 weeks. (Not a scheduled c section though). Maybe he just wants to bill my insurance......you never know!

I'm attempting VBAC - but I think that they check to make sure you are not going in earlier than the scheduled c-section - I would assume that if they check and something is going on - they would change your c-section date to an earlier date.
