Do you always wear a suit for interviews?
I went on an interview 2 days ago and the company was having an open house, so there were many people there. I was pretty surprised at the # of women I saw wearing trousers and a knit top, no suit.
I always wear a suit for interviews. the only time I did not was when I met with a recruiter, but I did wear trousers and a coordinating jacket.

I do always wear a suit, but I try to dress it up & not look "cookie cutter." I'll wear a print shirt underneath & some nice fashion jewlery.

I have to admit that I don't do this. the suits I wear are stylish, not boring, and I wear pointy heels. but I keep accessories to a minimum. only my wedding rings, diamond studs and my watch.
this one woman I was chatting with while we were waiting in HR was wearing a nice brown suit with pink pinstripes, and then a fuscia pink turtleneck with light brown snakeskin boots that were all scuffed

Always a suit for an actual interview or pants with a coordinating jacket and accessories for a recruiter. It depends on the recruiter though.

Always black suit. I have a few...A couple with light pin stripes. Plain shirt or collared blouse underneath and very little jewelry. I do always wear my hair down, which some don't, but I think I look better with it down. I work in a pretty conservative field though.
