do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I'm making a list of things I need to put in my hospital bag (that i didn't start yet ) but I'm not sure if I should bring my boppy pillow. What do you think?

it's a great idea, especially if you end up with a c/s...then they def. help if you plan on BFing

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I had a c/s and my boppy was the best thing ever to have.
It not only helped with feeding and holding but I also slept with it against my incision.
I would bring it if I were you

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I brought it but never took it out of the plastic as DS wouldn't take to breast. But its not a bad idea to get used to it. If you are uncomfortable with the hospital being dirty, bring another cover and then make sure you wash them both!!

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I brought mine and just washed it when I got home. It was extremely helpful because I ended up with an unplanned c section and I used it to position DD for nursing.

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
If you plan on BF then I absolutely recommend bringing it to the hospital. I got an extra cover and changed it as soon as we got home and washed the one from the hospital bc hospitals skeeve me and are so germy.

Baby Boppy or big girl boppy?
I'm going to bring the Boppy for the baby, and wash the cover when I get home. I don't think I will bring my personal boppy body pillow to he hospital.

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
YES I did!!
It was a life saver at times!
I had a C Section and the bed was uncomfortable.... as well as it being hard to move. The boppy just made BFing easier. Honestly, even without having had a C, I would have brought it with me. It's a great BFing tool. And it props the baby up nicely if you just want to sit her/him down somewhere.

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I brought mine with DD...I had a c-section, but did not BF....still used it all the time...she loved "relaxing" in it, on the bed, between my legs, when my arms wanted a break!
I just washed it when I got home!!

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I've already planned to bring the boppy pillow. We have a 2nd cover so we would change it once we got home.

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I brought it last time and thought it was a waste, DS was too little for me to comfortably prop him on it and BF, I guess I'm in the minority but it was much easier doing the "football hold" to nurse him and I used the pillows there if necessary. The boppy didn't start using until he was bigger, at least a couple months... So no this time I will not be bringing it with me, besides it was cumbersome and took up an entire duffle bag.

Re: do you bring boppy pillow to the hospital?
I brought it. We left in the car and DH brought it to me when I was ready to use it. It really helped to EBF with a c section.
