I usually have less than $5 on me,plus ATM, credit card & train pass. It worked really well for me until there was a blackout & I didn't have cash.

I do. I start the week with about $60, mostly for lunch. But lately I've been able to eat at home.

Barely and DH gets so mad because I won't get a debit card. But I always keep spare money in a pocket of my wallet incase of an emergency.

Yes always. I can not walk around and feel comfortable with no money in my wallet. I also have a debit card but do not like to use it for every little thing.

Its funny (but not really) that some others mentioned they had no cash on them the day of the blackout. That was me too and I learned my lesson. I always have at least $20 on me if not more.

Yes, I always have about $40-50 on me. Having cars break down on me was a learning experience that I should always have a few bucks on me just in case.
I almost never use the ATM - I keep a certain amount of cash when I deposit my paycheck and use it from there.

I hardly ever have cash on me. I use my debit and credit cards for everything. It's a very bad habit.
I even have an ATM in my building (my bank too) and I forget to use it.

Rarely - I will only stop at the ATM if I'm going somewhere that I know don't accept ATM or credit cards.

I usually have up to about $60 at any given time. I usually put everything I can on credit card and just pay it off at the end of the month. Saves on ATM fees if I can't get to my bank, plus it adds reward points to my credit card. Was able to 'pay' for 2 tickets to California that way.
