im soooooo bad- i never do- and no matter how many times ive been stuck without cash- i still never get my azz to the ATM to get some money- i just rely on my atm or credit cards...
You can also get cash with your purchase at drugstores, grocery stores and Costco - at no extra charge. You don't have to make a special run to the ATM and it can be a bit safer too if you feel like the ATM is not safe. Works in a pinch if you're not near your bank - you don't have to pay those ATM fees, just buy a candy bar or tic-tacs or something you'd normally use and purchase with your Debit card and get extra cash back.

Not a lot maybe $50-$100 the rest is all debit.

98% of the time NO
Unless I am know I am going out with people who would like to use cash rather than debits-or whatever and splitting the bill becomes sticky...but normally I use my debit card
