i usually eat in the morning but definitely not within 30 minutes of getting up. i'll probably wait a few hrs and eat oatmeal or some fruit around 9.

I'm not hungry until I get to work so I eat there. I'm up at 7 and at work around 8:45am.

I've heard the same as you, to eat between 30-45 minutes of waking. It usually takes me more like 45-60 minutes before I'm ready for work and have a few minutes to eat a bowl of oatmeal or whatever before getting out the door, but I do eat breakfast every morning.

Always! I'm nauseous if I don't eat within the first 2o minutes or so of being awake.

Yes, I can't NOT eat!!! This am, it was toast with peanut butter and bananas. Sometimes it's oatmeal or an egg sandwich or waffles.  But I have to eat.

I am so NOT a morning eater...I usually have a cup (or 2) of coffee, and then some yogurt or a banana a few hours later

I usually eat in the am, but not until about 2 hours after I get up.
The ONLY time I eat right away is if I am going to the gym first thing - I was told by my nutritionist that it is bad for your liver to work out without eating first. She told me that if I couldn't eat to atleast have somthing like gatorade to replenish electrolytes first.
