I have been trying to cut down my red meat intake but it's very hard! I love steak!

I east steak about 2-3 times a week, we bbq burgers one night...throw in a roast...i'd say i eat it almost every day

We eat mostly chicken & turkey in our house...Most of the time, a Saturday or Sunday is the only time I will have some form of red meat like hamburger or a roast

I have 1 serving a week. I don't really like red meat, and of course, its not so healthy.

We definitely eat more than 1 serving of red meat per week (especially if pork counts which I didn't think it did). DH loves red meat. I hardly ever used to eat red meat before I met him. But I think most people eat more than one serving of red meat at one sitting anyway. Isn't one serving like 4oz?

We eat red meat about 2x a week.

I actually dont like red meat. My doc says i need to b/c i am slightly anemic now that i am preggos. So i eat like one serving a week or every two weeks. I never was a big red meat eater. My DH used to eat cheesburgers all the time when we first started out. However, now he doesnt b/c i really dont. We try to eat healthy. Once the baby is here i doubt that i will ever eat red meat except for at barbecues.

between 1-2 a week.
when we do eat it- we eat GOOD cuts- filet mignon, t-bone steaks, etc.

Other times we eat chicken, turkey & pork

Im not a big red meat eater, but I do admit, I go through these weird stages where I crave a nice big fat juicy cheeseburger

We only eat it 1-2x a week. We just switched to ground turkey instead of beef for a lot of recipes.

i'd say one serving a week is about right for me, sometimes a little less. i like tofu, and then cook a lot of chicken and pasta dishes.

I would have to say 2 - 3 times per week for us...especially with the pregnancy - I crave steak.

Not usually, I eat more fish and chicken than anything else.

I really never eat red meat. Only at the beginning of my PG when I was very anemic & craving it.

Once a week and maybe twice tops. I try to mix up our meals as much as possible. We eat a ton of grilled fish and chicken and vegetarian meals.

I definitly do!! We used to eat chicken about 3-4 times a week, but since I am pregnant, I have an aversion to chicken. DH is not a fish eater so we eat red meat ALOT! We always have veggies or salads with it, but def more than 1 time a week!

I never used to in fact I probably ate red meat only once a month but now that I am pregnant I definitely eat more than 1 serving of red meat per week - I can't imagine how I would get the iron I need without it! Is this for anyone or just people of a certain age?
