Do you ever feel the baby in two places at once?
I'm only 18 weeks, but often times I seem to feel the baby in two places at once, as if it's stretching and I'm feeling fingers and toes.
I keep wondering if maybe there is a second baby in there that the Dr. missed! I can't imagine that happening though - maybe this kid really likes to stretch out!

I have on the rare occasion. I'm figuring with two arms and two legs it's just his active time. I'd think by 18 weeks they would have noticed another little person in there. You never know though!

OMG I feel him so frequently and in some many places that I can't even keep track anymore. He is one active little boy.

How far apart do you feel it? I think the baby is only around 6 inches right now, but it's possible. I don't think I've experienced this yet. I consistently feel on my right side though. I'm not sure why I never feel movements on my left.

Re: Do you ever feel the baby in two places at once?
Yes. I think he feels the need to break dance because I feel them all over.
I woke up at 2:30am to go the bathroom and when I returned to bed the world series of poker was on. Every time the announcer said "Shuffle up and deal" I swear this kid thought he was in the match because I would feel a swift thump on top and then a tickle at the bottom. So either he was cheating in Texas Hold Em or excited he had a good hand

Yes, especially when I am laying on my side I'll feel her on the underside and top. The way my tech described her position I guess I am feeling knees and elbows.

It's hard to say, probably 6-8 inches apart. I'll have to pay more attention now
The measurements at this stage are usually from head to rump, right? I don't think they include the legs.

I have no idea, but you're probably right. I just remember reading in books/website updates that the baby measures about 6 inches now.
