Re: Do you ever worry about something happening to your DC (S)
Yes.
I had such an easy pregnancy, DD is such a joy - such a perfect baby and so easy. I feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop, every single day.

I think it's just part of being a mom. I worry all the time now and just pray for the best.

Re: Do you ever worry about something happening to your DC (S)
i worry more about the things that can happen to her as far as health...
there are so many things that run in both mine & dave's families.... i keep myself up at night sometimes, thinking, will she develop celiac, have my IBS, have my brother & my back problems, diabetes....

Re: Do you ever worry about something happening to your DC (S)
All the time. I worry about my son, my unborn child, my parents, my sister, my sister's children who aren't even conceived yet, my husband, myself... It goes on and on. I was always a worrier, but it goes beyond that when you have children. I try not to worry about things that will hopefully and God willing never happen, but it's hard... bad things happen all the time.

Re: Do you ever worry about something happening to your DC (S)
I'm not a morbid person or worrier by nature -
So I'm not worrying about God awful things like fires or earthquakes or kdinapping or something - not regularly anyway -
But I REFUSE to watch the news sometimes, or read certain newspaper stories or watch certain TV shows -
I'm well aware of all of the terrible things that COULD happen to anyone at any time - I don't need to re reminded of them on a daily basis - My life is stressful enough !!
