Do you get a holiday bonus every year?
I don't! I never have 
my DH does though.
my company has a holiday party instead

No-we get annual bonuses (a mix of stock and cash) in February-our fiscal year end.
Not too many places seem to do the holiday bonuses anymore.

we get year end bonuses of cash and money put into our 401k. we get it right before Christmas

summer is usually 20% of my salary
winter is usuallt 35%

In December we get "incentive". They wont call it a bonus.
It's usually 2 weeks pay, but last year, we only got 1 week

Depends on how the company did during the year since it's a privately owned company.
We haven't gotten a bonus the last few years because of money problems - clients don't like to pay us!

Yes we do. I personnally don't think it's enough for the hard work we do all year long, but some bonus is better than no bonus.

my last job my boss used to give me cash or an amex gift card at the holidays. He was usually very generous
