I have never received a holiday bonus ever. Last year, my office didn't even have a holiday party.

I am a teacher so no. My DH gets one but it's never enough. His boss is so cheap.

non officers in my company get one week salary if youve been there all year.
officers get bonuses at review time - usually stock options.

I do not get a holiday bonus but we get bonuses each year, I think they are paid out in March or April

I get a personal bonus from my bosses. Since I earn overtime I don't get a company bonus. That's just the way the firm works.
It's gone up each year so last year was about 2 weeks pay from my most senior boss and a case of really great wine from my other boss.

Yes, if you sit up high, like SVP, you get a nice bonus, everyone else gets nothing. They just give a holiday party. So generous

Yes - a week's pay AND we get a GREAT holiday party...usually at Floral Park Terrace. 
ETA: The producers also give all employees gift cards.

I get a STIP check in February that is 10% of my base plus whatever the company does better in sales (like last year they overperformed 125%--so I got 12.5 percent--this I don't think it will be that good)
We also have a HUGE drunken holiday party at Hammerstein ballroom...
my boss gave me a 75 gift certificate to Amazon...

yes, a week before our Holiday Party which is 12/21/06. Its not much, but it goes by how long you have worked here. Last year I believe I got around $550
