What I do hate is when I am watching house hunters or some other type of show where people are looking at houses and they lay on the bed or on the couch like its their own house.
OMG, yes! That bugs me too, because I wouldn't want random people touching my stuff at all.

Anyone that is in my bedroom to begin with is someone I would not mind sitting on my comforter. (family and close friends).

My stepdaughter got into the bed last weekend - she never showers and I was really annoyed - her greasy head was all over my pillow!!!

Oh wait a second. My pillow is off limits. That is mine, mine, mine, mine, MINE. I still have to fight DH for it.

i do not let anyone to sit on my comforter and i am not afraid to tell them, whether it's a close friend or family member. i do not put coats on my bed when i have company over.
i spent a lot of money on my comforter and don't want someone's dirty jeans or coats on it.

When I lived in the city, I NEVER let anyone sit on my bed...it just grossed me out to think about where they had just been (on the subway, bus, etc.)
Now that I'm on LI, no one is ever in our bedroom so it's not an issue.
