Not a toy, but also not an activity: I am loving the "Tickle Monster" book by Josie Bisset. It comes in a box with "tickle mitts" that you or the child can use as you read the story. It's SO cute and I think kids would love it. They also sell extra Tickle Mitts separately.
They also have a new one called "Boogie Monster" that's about dancing and it comes with foot muffs. Also very cute:

I have 13 kids under the age of 10 to buy for on my side. All the girls are getting jewerly boxes from land of nod ($16) with $1 bin jewelry from Claires (necklace, bracelet, ring, hairband). The boys are getting cash boxes from one step ahead ($16) with gold coins, marbles, and miniature sport figurines.
