not at that age, no.
at 3 he's had ices, but for at home I bought one of those molds at Target for making your own ice pops. we tried it out using Trader Joes Guava nectar and they were great! they came out softer than regular ices... yum!

Nope, and I probably never will. We do NOT eat ice pops, they are loaded with sugar and the sugar free has either splenda or some other artificial sweetner. I cant tell you the horror it does to their teeth too!! I am going to go old fashioned and make them myself( remember pouring OJ in an ice tray and sticking toothpicks in them)- I would use a half of a icecream stick though) , so I can monitor how much sugar she is getting from juices. But this wont happen for a very long time. What they dont have they wont miss!

I would sooner give him "real" vs artificial, but I dont want to expose him yet to anything too sweet - its bad enough that he has a sweet tooth if my pregnancy cravings are an indication - plus, diabetes and weight problems run in my family - I want to hold off on any junk as long as possible....
A few licks would not do anything to a 3 mt old baby though - dont worry!!!
