do you hate it when people touch your belly??
im not even showing yet obviously and my fam is already touching me!! i know im gong to hate that when i am really showing..
especially people that you dont know! i cant imagine! this happened to my sister

I hated it in the beginning when I was all bloat and not really baby.
Now, it depends on who it is and if they ask. If you are very, very close to me, fine go ahead and touch it.
If not, hands off.
If you are nice and ask first, maybe. it depends on what kind of mood I'm in.
I remember at 16wks my FIL was parading me around at a family function like a show dog and touching my belly every time he mentioned that I was carrying his grandson.
I couldn't stand it.

I don't mind if it is my husband or a good friend. But when people that I don't feel comfortable around start touching me, it really creeps me out. My 20 year old nephew came up to hug me and he snuck his hand down and felt my belly while he was hugging me. It creeped me out and I wanted to punch him back into a wall.

I do not mind too much, although I am shocked at the random people who will touch it out of nowhere. I personally would never touch somebody else's belly!

oh and I don't remember where I heard it, but I heard that if someone touches your belly, you should do the same back  ---I haven't tried that yet, but that would really get the point across

OMG I hated it at first. I kept telling people they were feeling flab not the baby.
I remember at Christmas when I was around 11 weeks so many people gave a rub I felt like Buddha.
Now I am 20 weeks and just don't care. I'm more confident about my baby bump which is why I'm ok with people touching. But only family is really allowed to "touch". I wouldn't let a stranger come up and rub.

i really thought i would hate it b/c i have a naturally b!tchy personality but the truth is i am an attention wh0re and i am loving it - i try to tell people it's fat, not baby, but they don't believe me and i really don't mind.

it has crossed my mind numerous times with certain people who touch on a daily or weekly basis, but chose not to at the last minute!! i would love to though

Well i will say that when i was only 7 weeks along, my SIL came at me trying to feel my stomach. She almost got her hand slapped! There was nothing to feel at that point!!!
But when i start showing, i don't think i'll mind at all.

I hated it in the beginning when people were just rubbing my fat. Now at almost 39 weeks, I like it (as long as it's not a stranger or co-worker). It makes me happy that they get to feel my baby!
It makes me laugh though when people do the almost touch. I'm like, just touch it already!
