Do you have a Roth IRA?
I have a 401k, but I hear I should get an IRA, also
anyone have any insight/info?

I know if you make over a certain $$$ you are not eligible for these plans. I am not sure what the threshold is but it isn't that high.Roth IRA I found this website which can give you some more details.
