I wish that I left my last job sooner than I did.
I wish that I pursued an athletic scholarship for school more aggressively. But if I did that I probably would have never met my ex, never would have moved to TX, never would have worked for my last company, and therefore never would have met my DH.
So everything happens for a reason.

I regret not going away to school, I wish that I had that experience. But everything happens for a reason. I am now getting married and I have been with FH since the end of my senior year in HS. This might not have happened if I left.

Yes and no. I definitely have regrets about not staying away at college- I came home to be with a boyfriend. But you know what, that BF became my husband. Would that have happened if I stayed away at school? Maybe, but I'm not sure and I wouldn't give up my DH for anything. I also made some of my very best friends during those years I would have otherwise been away.

I'm starting to develop one regret - my dream has always been to work for the Dept. of Justice. When I started applying for law schools, I got into Georgetown, but I decided to go to Temple U. in philly because (1) I was offered a full tuition scholarship, (2) they had the #1 ranking trial program in the country (and I wanted to be a trial attorney), and (3) I didn't want to leave my boyfriend who lived and would have to remain in philly.
Now, though, I'm having the HARDEST time finding and/or getting a federal job, and I know that if I had gone to Georgetown I'd probably be working for the Dept. of Justice by now  My hope is that I'll still one day work for them, but it may just take a little longer... at least I have good trial skills and very little law school debt in the meantime, right?

After my dad died... I have about 7 years that I wish I could go back and redo. But if it werent for those years I would never be who I am today.
