Like when I miscarried and my ex boss' reactions was "Well now you'll just have to adopt like the rest of us" and then went on to talk about how he at 50 years old will adopt with his internet-bought Russian bride that he has met twice only and what it will be like for them??

I agree. Sometimes, I think that if I offer my experiences, the person will realize that they are not alone, but it doesn't always come across that way
