yes DD loves her paci. and all the nurses in the NICU are fans as well. they told us that it forces the babies to breathe through their noses, rather then their mouths.

we let her sleep with it and if it falls out, she is usually fast asleep so there is no need to put it back in.

our ped told us, always let her sleep with the paci.

Well, binky is in the crib with DD, but she's not a binky girl....she'll chew on it a bit to soothe her gums, but she's not a big fan...

I'm not too upset, since we won't have to wean her later!!!

But if she would take it, yes I would have let her have it since it can help to prevent SIDS....

Yes, DS2 is 2 and really loves his pacifier still...I only let him have it in the crib though, so it's like a treat for him and encourages him to sleep well for us. I'm not in a huge rush to take it away completely, I want to wait until after he's 2-1/2 or so and can understand a little better why he needs to give it up.

WHERE did you get that??? I LOVE it.
Christopher has a stuffed monkey that he snuggles with along with a receiving blanket, and that froggy would be PERFECTChat Icon
