he's seen me drying my hair, putting on make up but he really has no idea how very curly my hair is, has never seen me with a mask on
he doesn't care - i just am not comfortable enough with myself to do that in front of any guy

He does see when I am doing my hair or my makeup. All the waxing/plucking/ shaving/masking goes on when he is not home or I just do it in the bathroom. It's not that I am hiding from him or he hasn't seen any of it . I just like doing certain things in privacy. It'smy "my time"

DH sees most of it. Since we are in transition and live in a studio right now, I can't hide much. He is amused with my hair care process, but he doesn't see hair removal, coloring, brazilian straightening or nails!

Same here Once you give birth all this other stuff pales in comparison. My husband walked into my room the minute that I was getting up for the first time after a c-section-I swear I looked like Linda Blair from the exorcist. In severe pain, ratty hair two hospital gowns, etc. The next day he came and helped me shower wiped me clean and told me I was beautiful anyway. Thats a great man. facial bleach, waxing, rollers etc couldn't touch the ways he has seen me

yup we only have 1 bathroom so sometimes he's in there getting ready with me. he never says anything about the "process" so i dont think he really cares one way or the other .

Ha, ha - I completely agree!! Those days in the hospital were NOT pretty. Watching me blow dry my hair does not even begin to come close to what he has seen!!

there is very very little, if anything, my DH hasn't seen. He likes just hanging out and keeping me company as I get ready so if I need privacy I just duck into the bathroom, but otherwise I don't really care

DH has seen everything except when I bleach (I don't want to scare him now, do I? ). But he actually loves seeing me get ready - doing my makeup, styling my hair, walking around in a little robe or whatever while I do that... getting dressed, etc.
But the usual stuff like mani, pedi, hair straightening, waxing - I do it out in the open and he's just oblivious to it.
