I like both clear and multi-colored equally.

i love clear. I always grew up with multi-colored lights, but once I got my own trees I went clear and haven't gone back.

I like both. We have both on our tree.

I like both, but growing up we always had colored, so this year we went white/clear.

I like clear lights, I like how bright they look.

We use colored lights on our tree. I just prefer them. I like white lights outside though.

I love white lights now. I think my tree is pretty elegant looking with white lights and light gold ornaments and these gold painted swirly stick things but when I have kids I will def use colored lights.

I use color on my tree and white around windows and outside. However in the future I think I will try white lights on my tree because it does look nice. I guess I'm just not use to change, we've had color on a tree for as long as I can remember.

I like clear, DH likes color so we alternate each year.

We have a pre lit tree with white lights. My dad uses both white and colored lights when he decorates my family's tree and it looks spectacular.

Having a theme to a Christmas tree is a new concept to me. My niece asked me what color my tree was. I said green. She said, nooo, your theme colors. I said oh. Red, green, yellow, white, pink, purple, blue.

I love color, have to have color, DH however loves clear, we compromise and do both.

I do the clear lights for the tree..dh likes color so we do those outside.

We do white inside and out, but I do like the look of colored lights on the tree too :)

I like them both, but since I *must* have white clear lights outside, I switch it up and do the colored on the tree. Growing up our tree was colored too.

I like a red tree, but JOe LOOOOOOOOOOOOVES multi-colored. So we switch Like this year I got to pick the tree and he got his lights. Next year he'll pick the tree and i'll get my red tree lights

both! our big tree has color lights, the tree in the hallway has clear. Outside we only use clear.

Both. I do a formal tree as my main tree and a 4 foot for my DD with colored lights and fun ornaments.

Clear lights look classic to me.
