Jews have their own way of saying grace. Most religious Jews will say at least a "motzi." Secular Jews, like me, say the motzi on special holidays, at weddings or on Shabbat (assuming of course that I ever take out my candlesticks and challah plate from the Lenox boxes). Many restaurants in religious neighborhoods have cards with the prayers to be spoken before AND after meals.
