As of Saturday, it will be "No" for 6 weeks. Except for one slip-up in week 3, but I'm not counting that. If you're trying to quit, it's hard, but if you set your mind to it, it's doable! If you want someone else to,  I hope it works out.
You can always FM if you have questions or need to vent.

But about 2 months ago I went to a friends for a glass of wine and we polished off 3 bottles. I was so drunk I actually had a few cigarettes.
I had the aftertaste of cigarette in my mouth and no matter what I did I couldnt get it out. yuck

 To those of you who quit!
As for me, never have. Never knowing either of my grandfathers because they died from diseases related to smoking was enough to sway me away from ever starting.

I quit smoking in February in preparation for my IVF. Got pregnant and haven't touched a cig since...but I do miss it sometimes.

I voted no, there should be a choice for used to. I smoked for 10 years and not haven't smoked since December 23rd 2004....almost 3 years!

i smoked from 15-22 and then quit - now I am 25!
