Do you still exercise / go to the gym?
I was just wondering.
I just started going back to the gym and I just feel very good about it. I have tons of energy and I don't feel so "slothy"
But I'm the only pg. lady there.
I do the classes, and I do everything low impact - no ab. work at all.

i don't go to the gym anymore, I feel funny being the only pregnant person there.

I know!
It's the same feeling I get when I go into Dunkin donuts to get a small decaf. I actually stopped going.

No and I do miss it! I'm very limited w/ a high-risk pregnancy, so I just put my membership on hold.

In begining my routine did not change must. As I got bigger my work outs changed. As long as I was doing SOMETHING, If felt better..
Last 2 months I was just so tired, after working full time and taking care of another child, I was wiped!
