I took the Womens One A Day for years. Just recently I switched to the Weight Smart One A Day. I also take L-Lysene daily.

I take Centrum almost every day and I take it on a empty stomach and never had an issue. Only prenatals on an empty tummy preggo - bothered me.

i used to take one a day for women with all the nutrients but they seemed to make me feel drugged and drained. so i switched to centrum multi vita and it seems to work (when i do remember to take them) and of course i have to take them after i've eaten

I take a flinstone multi, it does not hurt my stomach, 1 folic acid, 1 vitamin C and a zinc.

I don't know what my problem is! I buy vitamins every now and again, then I don't take them. I take a BCP everyday so I don't know why I don't take a vitamin. Just a few months ago I bought some from GNC. I think I took them for 3 days! 
I take my vitamin around the same time everyday....like a routine! try and take them the same time everyday...set a timer or a reminder for yourself!
Would you like me to FM you every day to remind you? 
 That would be pretty funny. Actually, I think you're right. I just have to make it a priority and set it up in a routine.

I take a one a day women's - I have IBS and they can sometimes bother me - my gastro suggested taking the vitamins at night so they don't bother you as much.

i've heard of that too. they digest easier cause your body is not as active. didn't know if that was true or not.????

its better than taking nothing!
i HATE swallowing pills
I thought I was the only one who hated swallowing pills!!!! I used a pill slicer for larger tablets, but just today found chewable multi-vitamins.

I was told by 2 doctors that I don't need a multivitamin at this stage in my life. They both said that my blood shows enough nutrients - I'd just be peeing out the vitamins and wasting my money on them
