I would have to assume some do. After the birth of my twins, my stomach has never gone back to normal and I have a flatter stomach. Their is loose skin all around my belly button and it looks like a lot of loose skin. I totally understand why someone would want one, becasue as skinny as I can ever get, I will NEVER be able to wear a bikini again. 
I often look at moms who had twins (i.e. J. Lo, the mom from Modern Family, Julia Roberts) and wonder what they did. They are all skinny, but I cannot imagine your skin around your belly button going back like that after giving birth to 2 babies.

She looks awesome... but i cant remember the last time i saw her on the beach so idk if she wears bikinis or anything... and to be honest she didnt really need it to begin with... she was always the type of person that bounced back right away... but shes a nurse so i guess she knew all the risks and what not...

It depends on the person. I just gave birth 7 weeks ago and my body looks better than before I got pregnant, it's so crazy. The weight dropped off within the first month, I couldn't believe it.
I thank my mom and grandma everyday for good genes lol

Yeah, but, there is a difference b/w 7 wks and 7 days. I have seen 7 days later perfectly flat tummy after a C. Sorry, I don't think that is possible naturally.

I don't know.
My body went back to pre baby shape +++ but I had to work my *** off and eat right etc.
The celebs with good genes probably don't have to worry so much just like regular folk with good genes. They also have lots of cash and giant houses for personalized workouts.
I can't imagine the double trauma of childbirth + another surgery.

The celebs with good genes probably don't have to worry so much just like regular folk with good genes. They also have lots of cash and giant houses for personalized workouts.
I can't imagine the double trauma of childbirth + another surgery.
ITA. All these celebs have amazing bodies before and during pregnancies. Their bodies are their livelihood and I am sure they are back to eating very little and working out like crazy as soon as they can afterwards.
They also have personal chefs and trainers. Like the PP said - I can't imagine recovering from a C-section and tummy tuck simultaneously AND taking care of 2 toddlers and a newborn. Unless James is retiring of course and can help you

I agree with the above. Also, some women bounce back from pregnancy quickly. My mom only gained 20 lbs and was back to her pre-pregnancy, size 4 clothing in just a few weeks. Same story for my aunts and grandmother. Much of it is genetic.

A friend of mine did it after her last child. She was thin, but her stomach wasn't the same as pre-pregnancy and it really bothered her. The tummy tuck completely fixed the problem and her stomach looks amazing !

Diana I asked my Dr and he said they can't do it the same time you get a c-section, that I would have to heal from the C then plan another date for my tummy tuck, I want one so bad too this time!! I just wish I could get it done right after my C  I'm getting my tubes tied instead lol

I had a tummy tuck when DS was 4 months old. I asked my OB and the 2 Cosmetic Surgeons if it could be done at time of c-section, all said no.
They said that the uterus needs to shrink back to it's normal size first.
