Do you think its okay to bring a 9 month old to Mohegan Sun?
My sisters bachelorette weekend is next month and DS will be almost 9 months old. Obviously I wont be bringing him into the casino area and I will go back to the room with him after dinner while they all go out (which i dont mind at all im not really a club/bar kinda person). My sister really wants me to go and i really dont want to be away from DS overnight. You think its okay to bring him or is that not a place for a baby?

I would definitely take my DS...but just be sure he is not around any cigarette smoke or overly stimulating environments. He is EBF and I don't pump, so either he'd have to come with me or I couldn't go. And....I also wouldn't want to be away from him for a night regardless of where he gets his nutrition. I vote for taking your DS and just ensuring that you safeguard him from anything unwanted. It's a win-win situation. He'll love being exposed to new things and you'll have the comfort and security to enjoy yourself and then return to your room and snuggle!

I know you don't want to do it, but I think you should leave him home with your DH. Honestly, a bachlorette party is not a place for a baby. You should go, and enjoy yourself. You deserve it. I have only left Jack two nights in almost three years (not including the hospital to have Tyler) and I have to say that the anticipation of leaving him was worse then going. Once I got in the car with the girls with the music blasting, I was really happy I went.
It's only one night! You can do it. He will be fine!

id prolly leave DC at home since its a b party & a place with a ton of ppl. but if u dont want to be away from your baby im sure it would be ok. worst case u spend more time in the room.
just something to think about...would u be getting your own room or sharing a room?
if ure sharing a room...would the other girls be partying in the room or coming in/out.

sorry, I don't think a bachlorette party is a place for a baby. I don't know what activities are planned, but you wouldn't be able to do much with him there, and I don't think he even belongs at the dinner.
Its your sister's party - go and celebrate to the fullest with her!

I took dd to Atlantic City last month and she was 4 months. I was there for a work trade show so she stayed with my parents that came to babysit. The weather was horrible so they walked around the Borgata for 2 days but she was mesmorized by the lights lol
