Seems a little odd... she is going to be completely shocked when she goes to school.
What does mom say about it?

she doesn't say anything and I can't bring it up, not sure how. But I think something is wrong

I do not perceive this as normal for a 4 year old. My 4 year old is very social with other children, warms up to people she does not know, shares toys and responds when called. My DD is involved in lots of activities outside of the home...preschool, the gym, dance and soccer.

While I am no expert, if this was my DD, I would have her in counseling. I would be very concerned.

She definitely sounds "off". Sounds like she needs a lot more socialization than what she's getting... Also, I feel like she's a product of her environment. If all she has to do is point to something to get it, you can't blame her. KWIM?
