Do you tip furniture delivery people?
We have a bunch of new furniture being delivered...do we tip the guys?
If so, how much?

we usually do and base the amount on what we got delivered, if they put it together. yesterday we had a mattress delivered and we gave them 7 each since they basically just carried it in the house and thats what we had on us.

Yes. Depends how many guys and how much they have to do. Usually I give them around $10 each - more if they are doing alot - less if they don't have much of anything to do.

yes. depending on how much stuff they have to do, but I start at $10 a guy for a basic delivery

We gave the mattress delivery people something lke $5 (for a mattress... no box spring)

My husband delivers furniture and it all depends on how much stuff you are getting ,but yes they do get tipped

We do..
When we had our bedroom furniture delivered (since it was 6 pieces and they put together) we gave $10
Kitchen table ($5)
Dining Table ($10) they put together
Mattress ($10) they had to carry a huge king mattress up about 20 stairs

Yes! $10-$20 each. If it's a lot of furniture (like several rooms worth) then $20.
