Do you tip the home inspector?
We are having our potential new home inspected on Monday. Do we tip him? If so, how much? Also, he is bringing a separate pest inspector with him as well.

No we paid $415 that was enough. I don't think anyone tips them.

We didn't. He did a thorough inspection, but that's what the fee covers. His "tip" is our positive recommendations!!
