Re: Do you trust using Johnson & Johnson's Natural line? What about Aveeno?
What is the reason for not using Johnson and Johnson's? We use them and have never heard anything or been told not to by our ped.
Please share any info - Thanks!

You can also google J&J shampoo/cancer and it comes up with a bunch of articles from yesterday.
I previously wasn't really following/concerned willall this but now I think it's time to find a new product.

I never trusted them and never used them (my mom is a ped and recommended for us to not use them)
What does your mom suggest using for wash, shampoo and lotion?
She's a big fan of cetaphil and/or aquaphor
There's an aquaphor baby wash
I have used the Aquaphor baby wash from day one. I love it. It has no smell at all- so if you are looking for something that smells like the J&J products you won't like it- but to me, the fact that is has no scent is a plus- I don't need extra perfumes etc on her skin. Its super gentle and she never had any issues from it even as a newborn LOVE

We use it too - anything else makes DS' skin bumpy and dry.

My Ped suggested non-scented Dove for bodywash but I just don't know what to use for shampoo and lotion.
My Ped also recommended Dove from day one. He's not a J&J fan. I go next week and I'm going to ask him about shampoo (right now we use Suave)

I have been using Mustela. Love the smell, but was wondering if anyone knows of concerns with that product?

We use Cetaphil wash and have since day one. According to our ped it's safe for children/babies and it doesn't have any harmful chemicals in it. We also have children with sensitive skin and this works great!
Same. My ped highly recommends Cetaphil products and advises to stay away from "baby" products.

Yup!! I put it on a wash cloth. Never had an issue with dry skin and she gets a bath every night.
