Do you work out when sore?
I read conflicting info online. I trust you guys.
I have been doing reps with 8 lbs weights for arm work. I am a little sore today.
Should I rest today or still do it? Or maybe use 5 lb weights today?
It does not hurt to the touch and I'm still able to extend my arms (I read that if you can't do that stuff, then take a break)

You shouldn't work the exact same muscles today, but yes I work out when sore. The muscles do need some time to rest in between but if you (for example) targeted biceps and shoulders yesterday you can do chest and triceps today. Or maybe have a cardio day, or do more lower body work.
But yes. As long as you aren't in pain and it is just that amazing worked muscle soreness, keep going!

But yes. As long as you aren't in pain and it is just that amazing worked muscle soreness, keep going! this!!!!! I do work out sore, but never the same muscles. They need time to rest.
Working out actually helps the soreness, especially cardio!
