Do your stockings all match?
Dd's just came in the mail from pottery barn and our 3 stockings are so different. The animals all have green stockings with their initials on them. Oh well.

Currently, no. But 2 years ago I bought a bunch of matching stockings during the after holiday sales so that I could have matching ones for everybody. I just haven't personalized them so that's why I haven't used them yet, lol.

Ours don't match. It drives me a little nutty, but stockings are expensive!!! I'd rather wait til we have kids and get matching stockings then.

When DD was born I ordered 3 stockings from Pottery Barn.
Mine and DH's are Burgundy with white writing and DD's is White with Burgundy writing.
They are the same style though.
So they all coordinate.

When I bought stockings for DH and I a couple of years ago, I made sure to get the simple red velour with white cuff from pottery barn so when we did have kids, we could easily find matching ones. But they don't necessarily have to match. It depends on what you like.

DH and the kids are all the same style/design just with different pictures on each. Mine is the only one totally different because I still use mine from when I was a kid.

DH and I have the same pattern, argyle, but the colors are opposite. Mine is red on top and his is green. DD has a ragdoll stocking. But they coordinate and look cute together.

Ours are the same theme, just have different characters on the front.
DH is Santa, I am Mrs. Claus and I bought a penguin and snowman stockings for when we have children so we can all match

the official stocking filled ones are all needlepoint.
But I have a collection of about 12 stockings that are through out the house.
And nothing beats the "vintage" stockings!

No. We all have something different and I actually love it. All the different designs and lengths look really cute together. My DH's is the stocking he had as a kid (his aunt made it) so I flipped it over and added "Daddy" to the top instead of it just having his initial. It came out so cute.

My aunt is super crafty and made matching ones for me & DH our first married christmas.
I hope she makes one this year for DS - I have a sneaking suspicion she will!

All of ours are the same from Pottery Barn, but DS #2's embroidery looks different, a bit thicker. It drives me crazy, actually.

We have coordinating ones from Pottery Barn. I have them for everyone who is with us Christmas Day (my mom, my inlaws, my brother and his GF when they are in town, etc).
I love it!

However, now that I am about to give birth to our last child, I plan on buying these from Pottery Barn. I wanted to be done having children before I invested in them, in case they discontinued.

i knit matching stockings for DS and myself. right after i finished them, SO came into my life... with four more kids... oy!
i have not gotten back to making them for the whole lot.
at this point, i'm going to wait until we move.
i'm hoping to make burgundy and off-white striped ones... with elf toes

As of last year, ours all match.
DH has had his stocking since he was a little boy. His family all grew up having matching stockings. My MIL was nice enough to give me two more of hers for each of our kids, so I was the only one that didn't have a matching one. Then, last year, just before Christmas, my MIL found another one that matched almost perfectly at Goodwill!! It was a Christmas miracle, I tell ya! haha
Mine is the one on the right. It's a little bit shorter than the other original ones, but other than that, you wouldn't know the difference!
I love them.
