I wake up a million times each night and I'm so tired all day! Most of the time I can fall back asleep, but I'm definitely getting up at least a 1/2 hour before my alarm each day. I feel like I never get into a deep sleep anymore. Most days I'm taking a nap after work but I'm still tired!

I have had the same problems. I'm usually a very good sleeper thru the nite. Since my pregnancy first interuption is the pee run at least two times a nite. When I get up I just can't fall back to sleep right away takes me an hour. Before you know it the alarm goes off and I have to get up for work.. I guess I might as well get used to this ....specially with twins coming....

I wake up constantly to go to the bathroom..usually I will be ablee to fall back asleep. Last night though I had major insomnia and my right hip was killing me.

I am right there with you girls. Sometimes up every hour. Sometimes just laying there wide awake. Now its my baby kicking till 3 am. then I sleep till 5 and am wide awake. I even told DH to wisper as to not wake the baby. (despiration) I even shed a few tears of frustration today. I feel great now 8 pm but I am useless till 10 AM. I too have a dim nightlight in the bathroom. Helps. So happy my 15 year old son did three loads of wash for me. I guess its payback time from him
