Does anyone have a Blackberry Pearl? Question

I'm going nuts. No matter what I do with my settings, my text messages do not save...either sent or received. They delete almost immediately. What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong... I just had the same issue with mine and it is now fixed.

There is an issue with the internal memory on the phone. It's not big enough. You need to get a media card so that if you take pictures or download things, you don't save them to the phone itself.

My first suggestion would be to delete (or move to a media card) all pictures or downloads.

Then you need to go to Blackberry and install the latest software to the phone.

If you do both of these things, your phone will stop deleting your text messages (and mine was also deleting my call history). I actually watched my phone as my husband sent me a text message, I saw it give me the alert that I had a message and then it disappeared before my very eyes. I thought I was going crazy.
