Does anyone have a gate on their toddlers room that allows the door to close as well?
Does this exist? DS (2.5) will be in a bed in the next few weeks and he is not a good sleeper and loves to get himself into trouble so, i don't want to worry about him leaving his room and wandering the house. But, he is a very light sleeper so i need to keep his door closed as well. If anyone has one please recc...tia so much!!!! i've been dreading this next step

YES YES YESNorth States Auto close gate
We have it in our doorways but doors still close. Love this gate.

We use a regular gate, but have it installed on the outer saddle of the door frame ( if that makes sense ) The door still closes with no interference with the gate

We did this as well. It worked out great.

We have the same thing...door closes no problem. Our gate is a tension gate so it's suspended on the side where the door doesn't close.

Same! We only put the gate up when he is sleeping.
