Does anyone have their mortgage with Wells Fargo?
Did you have to escrow your taxes?

No, we didn't have to escrow our taxes with them. It was supposed to be done when we bought our house but for some reason it wasn't so we started escrowing the taxes & insurance a couple of months later.

we did at first, but took them out of escrow a few months later. I don't think it was required.

I thought if you didn;t put down at least 20% you had put the taxes in escrow

We did not have to escrow our taxes, but we put well over 20% down. Not sure if that makes a difference.
