Does anyone know how to go about renting out your house?
We don't really know where to start. I was thinking of taking pictures and making an ad on Craigslist. Is it worth it to get a realtor involved?
Does anyone have experience with being a landlord?

The tenant would pay the realtor & since they screen the tenants and can help make sure you get someone decent- imo its definately worth it!
