Does anyone know if the Britax Marathon can fit in a Jetta?
I'm looking for a new carseat for DD. I have an 09 Volkswagon Jetta, does anyone know if it can fit in there? It's not too small of a car, just seeeing if anyone knows. thanks :)

i have the marathon in my accord, and it's a little bit of a tight fit... not a problem for me but DH can't put the seat back all the way when he drives.

I'm sure it would fit, but its probably tight. I have a Graco comfortseat (I think) & facing the rear it was a tight fit.

My friend has a Jetta and tried the Marathon and the Roundabout and said the Roundabout fits better.
On Consumer Reports, the Roundabout is the highest ranked carseat along with the Evenflow Triumph.

How old is your child? Are you looking to use it rear facing? If so. it might be a bit tight.
Forward facing it fits well.
Great choice since it goes to a higher weight forward facing.

dd is 5 months so it will be rear facing for a while.
maybe the roundabout is a better idea.. thanks

I have a Jetta, and the Britax marathon seat, and it seriously fits fine. I had it in there rear facing even, with no problems. The Roundabout would fit as well, but I dont' think the weight limit goes as high as the Marathon.
