ooohh... ok I'm slow, I read it as if there was a dog in the vet's waiting room and I thought there was more to it that I had missed...
yeah, I'd say a dog in a regular HUMAN waiting room is inappropriate unless it was a guide dog.

yes, at the orthopedists office. I was there with DH and there was the cutest schnauzer on this woman's lap. At first I'm thinking, what a cute doggie..then I said to DH..that's not right.
I love animals but not in my doc's waiting room.

yea def not cool. im a dental hygienist and we had a patient bring in a dog to show the staff for some odd reason. (no one asked her to bring in her pooch)there were patients in the waiting room and it wasnt appropiate. - unless if its a guide dog
