This happened to me at costco. I purchased a pillow and there were 2 different kinds. One was 2x the price of the other one. Well I got the more expensive one, or so I thought. It was supposed to have a raised neck part. The other pillows had two pillows in the box. Well, some one switched the expensive pillow for the one that was 1/2 the price. I had to go back to get what I had actually paid for. I was so annoyed.

My mom bought a Thomas puzzle yesterday at TJ Maxx for my kids. They open it up and its random puzzle pieces to like 3 different puzzles (none of them complete, and none of them Thomas!).
Someone totally STOLE the Thomas puzzle and returned it with these random pieces inside. 
And now I have to return it

With DS1, I registered for a boppy pillow with a cover on it. When I opened it up for the first time in the hospital, it has hairs on it. Yes, those kind of hairs Come on, first of all, how? and why?

LOL! I heard about what they did! The scary part was I bought this wrapping paper from a $1 store in the town they live in!
this just gets better and better... seriously... they used and returned dollar store paper
